We'll approve retouch requests from said bodies if we determine that: (a) the retouching won't present ZePhotoTouch in a poor light to ourselves or our esteemed clients; (b) the body has no unfavourable history with us; (c) the gain from exposure offsets the loss of original image context; and (d) the retouching is within the purview of standard image enhancement.
These organizations may link to our home page so long as the link: (a) is not in any way deceptive; (b) does not falsely imply sponsorship, endorsement or approval of the linking party and its products or services; and (c) fits within the context of the linking partyІ‚s site.
